I’ve just finished my first 8-week online coaching with Daniel and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their performance / get into shape. The training programme & nutrition were based around the specific areas I wanted to work on which we outlined at the beginning which were to lose weight, improve fitness, and improve power & functional strength.
The sessions were catered exactly around the goals I had outlined with 2 running sessions and 4 gym sessions with lots of variety, I didn’t do the same session twice over the 8 weeks, there was always something new which was great.
All my lifts / running times etc were tracked and monitored too which made it far easier to monitor progress. I saw a dramatic increase in my running times & lifts over the 8 weeks.
I lost over 5kg over the 8 weeks which was a kilo over the initial goal of a pound a week we had set out, I was eating more food than I had been over the weeks before I started with Daniel, I wasn’t hungry once and had a great variety in food, while also becoming much more aware of my day to day nutrition that I will take on with me, I also didn’t once feel like I was dieting or restricting calories in any way which was great.
